Bite-size s'mores!
Author: When Hungry | Sheryl
Yields: 24
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups (135g) crushed grahams
  • 6 tablespoons or ¾ stick (85g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 pcs Kisses chocolate (preferably dark)
  • Jumbo marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Unwrap chocolates then place in a plate. Set aside in the fridge.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line mini cupcake pan w/ 24 mini cupcake liners.
  3. Mix melted butter and crushed grahams. Divide into 24 by putting 2½ teaspoons of mixture into each mini cupcake liner. Using your fingertips or the back of the teaspoon, press down the mixture firmly to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes. Take it out and immediately press down marshmallows on each hot crust. Return them to oven and bake for (no more than) 2 minutes, just until the marshmallows look puffy.
  5. Take the pan from the oven and quickly press down chilled Kisses chocolates on hot marshmallows. It's okay if the chocolate won't melt, we wanted to retain its shape.
  6. Eat them just like how you eat sushi or takoyaki - devour in one piece!
  7. Keep in an airtight container at room temperature.

Can I use milk chocolate kisses? I don’t like dark chocolates 🙁

Sure! I just prefer dark Kisses because the marshmallows are already sweet.

Just in time! We’ll be throwing a simple birthday party for our little daughter and will invite some of her playmates. I’ll be making these to save time from making a cake Im very busy with work these days. The kids will surely love these. So cute! I’ll ask my daughter to make these w/ me.

Well aren’t these adorable! I love the brightly colored marshmallows – way better than plain ol’ white! I think I’ve seen something similar around Easter in our stores here…I’ll have to go on the hunt. Glad you’re back with such a pretty treat!
